ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Alex Pilař

Alex has spent more that 20 years in global executive and non-executive roles in both IT and logistics industries around the world.

He started at DHL where he became Managing Director in 1996. As an EMEA CIO he led the project building global DHL Data center in Prague. Later he served as Executive Vice President and COO in DHL's Supply Chain division, employing over 180,000 people. In 2015, back in Prague and back to IT, he led a global organization supplying IT services to all DPDHL divisions and their customers.

Alex is passionate about technology and innovation, regularly publishing articles about the crypto world. Additionally, he has experience with a range of advisory engagements, chiefly from his time sitting on the Global Advisory Boards companies such as CISCO, Oracle and BT.
